How much is that manual task costing?
Estimate annual hours and labor cost spent on a repeated task, plus the potential value of capacity recovered. Transparent assumptions, no email required.
Please enter valid, non-negative numbers within the shown ranges.
These are planning estimates. Recovered time becomes cash savings only if spending actually falls. It may instead create capacity for more or better work.
Want us to look at the actual process? Book a free operations review →Use this calculator for one repeatable task. Enter how many employees do it, how many hours each person spends on it in a typical week, their estimated loaded hourly cost, and the portion of time a better process could realistically remove.
How the estimate works
Annual hours = employees × hours per person per week × 52. Annual labor cost = annual hours × loaded hourly cost. Recoverable hours and capacity value use the percentage you enter.
Important: Recovered hours are capacity, not automatic cash savings. They may allow the team to handle more work, respond faster, or avoid future hiring. Cash savings require an actual reduction in spending. Validate the time estimate with the people doing the task before using the number in a decision.
