LeverOps helps growing businesses remove the friction that accumulates as teams, customers, and software multiply. We start with the operating problem, then choose the least complicated fix that produces a worthwhile result.

## The work we do

<div class="table-wrap" tabindex="0" role="region" aria-label="Table">

| Service | When it helps | What changes |
|---|---|---|
| [Process improvement](/services/process-improvement/) | Steps have piled up, ownership is unclear, or exceptions depend on one person | Work follows a clearer path with fewer unnecessary steps |
| [Workflow automation](/services/workflow-automation/) | People repeat predictable tasks every day or week | Routine work happens consistently with less manual effort |
| [Systems integration](/services/systems-integration/) | The same information is copied between tools | Systems share the right information at the right time |
| [Revenue operations](/services/revenue-operations/) | Leads, sales handoffs, and customer follow-up are inconsistent | Opportunities move through a visible, repeatable process |
| [Practical AI implementation](/services/ai-implementation/) | A specific task needs judgment about unstructured information | AI assists a defined workflow with human review where needed |
| [AI cost optimization](/services/ai-cost-optimization/) | Subscriptions, model usage, or data risks are growing without oversight | AI spending and use have owners, limits, and measurable value |

</div>

These services often overlap. Connecting a CRM to accounting may require a process change first. A reporting automation may expose data that needs cleaning. We scope the actual problem instead of selling a predetermined package.

## How we decide what is worth doing

We look at the current cost of the work, the benefit of changing it, the effort to implement, and the risks introduced. A fix should have an owner, a starting measure, and a way to tell whether it worked. [See the four-stage approach](/how-it-works/).

If you are not sure which service you need, that is normal. Bring an example of work that feels slower than it should to a [free operations review](/book/). You can also [estimate the cost of repetitive work](/tools/manual-work-cost-calculator/) or [see illustrative problems we solve](/examples/).
