# Your business shouldn't get harder to run as it grows.

LeverOps finds the manual work, broken processes, disconnected systems, and missed opportunities slowing owner-led and management-led businesses doing roughly $1M–$10M in annual revenue. Then we fix what is worth fixing and measure whether it worked.

## The problems we look for

Repeated data entry, spreadsheet-dependent processes, manual reporting, missed leads, fragile customer handoffs, routine decisions waiting on the owner, disconnected software, and AI tools with no clear value or owner. These are operating problems. The first step is deciding which ones are actually worth changing.

## What we do

We [improve processes](/services/process-improvement/), [automate repetitive work](/services/workflow-automation/), [connect existing systems](/services/systems-integration/), and [help leads and customer work move forward](/services/revenue-operations/). We use [AI](/services/ai-implementation/) when it is the right tool and help [control AI costs](/services/ai-cost-optimization/) when usage and subscriptions spread.

## How we work

We learn how work gets done, identify the bottlenecks with the biggest impact, fix the problem with the simplest effective solution, and measure the result against the starting point. [Read the full approach](/how-it-works/).

## What results could look like

Illustrative examples include automating a weekly report, routing and prompting follow-up on new leads, entering customer information once instead of three times, and escalating only unusual decisions to the owner. These are examples, not client case studies or measured LeverOps results. [See the detailed examples](/examples/).

## AI is a tool, not the strategy

We look for expensive problems, then compare process changes, existing software, ordinary automation, integration, and AI. If an inexpensive automation solves the problem, a complex AI project is the wrong answer. AI use should have a clear purpose, cost, owner, and result.

## Decide with the numbers

Every proposal should explain the current cost, cost to fix, expected benefit, and payback. Recovered hours are capacity, not automatically cash savings. Try the [manual work cost calculator](/tools/manual-work-cost-calculator/) or browse [practical guides](/resources/).

## Get started

[Book a free operations review](/book/) to talk through the work slowing your business down. The first conversation is 30 minutes and requires no presentation.
