# Growing businesses deserve operations that keep up.

A business grows. Software gets added. A process changes to serve a new customer. Someone builds a spreadsheet to bridge a gap. Then the workaround becomes permanent, and the next person learns to work around it too.

Eventually the owner is checking routine decisions, managers are assembling reports by hand, and employees are copying information between systems. Growth is still happening, but each additional dollar of revenue seems to require more effort.

LeverOps exists to find and remove that friction. We look at how work moves through the business, identify the changes with the best payoff, implement them, and check the result. The right answer may be a better process, an automation, connected systems, clearer reporting, or AI when it genuinely helps.

## A practical operating philosophy

1. **Find the bottleneck.** Follow real work and locate the step where time, money, or opportunities are lost.
2. **Fix the process.** Remove unnecessary work and clarify ownership before adding technology.
3. **Automate what makes sense.** Use the simplest reliable tool for a repeatable task.
4. **Measure the result.** Compare the new way of working with the old one.

This keeps the work grounded in business value. A small software configuration change can be a better result than a large custom build. A report that no one uses can be removed instead of automated.

## Who you work with

LeverOps is led by **Eric Ciesielski**. The work draws on business process analysis, sales and customer workflows, CRM configuration, systems integration, automation, reporting, and practical AI implementation. An engagement starts with the people who perform the work and the manager responsible for its outcome.

**Founder background:** A fuller biography, selected work, and photo will be added after the details are verified. This page does not claim client results, certifications, or years of experience that have not been confirmed.

## What to expect

You should know which problem is being solved, why it is worth solving, who owns the change, and how success will be measured. LeverOps aims to leave the business with a clearer process and a solution its team can actually use.
